Reporting a bug

Beta reports are genuinely useful, and the more specific the better. If you can, include:

  • What you were doing and what you expected to happen
  • The page or screen you were on
  • Your browser and whether you were on a phone, tablet or desktop
  • A screenshot, if it is something you can see

Can't reach the app?

Some workplace and school networks block newly registered domains as a category, which can make the app look down when it is running fine. If Board Game Caddy will not load on a work network, try it on your phone or home connection. If it still will not load, tell us and we will look into it.

This is a side project, so replies come in evenings and weekends rather than within an hour. You will hear back.
